The Pavilion of 80 sq (2 adults and 2 children or 4 adults) located in the garden 50 m from the main Villa: 1 Suite of approximately 80 sq with its fireplace area, a large and original bathroom equipped with a bathtub, shower opening onto an enclosed garden planted with banana trees and bougainvillea and terrace opening onto a lawn of 500 to 600 sq

The all-wood “Nature Bungalow” of 40 sq (2 adults and 1 child) with bathroom (including 15 sq of shaded terrace)

The “Garden House”, an outbuilding of 140 sq (including 70 sq of interior and 70 sq of terrace) facing the swimming pool and the garden, which can be used as a bedroom for 2 to 4 people, as a library, as a living room TV, dining room and projection room (home cinema): has a bathroom as well as a very beautiful outdoor terrace equipped with a bar.

The chef prepares meals according to your taste, based on the menu given to customers:

* Children under 12 years old: 50% reduction with a special children’s menu

(one and the same menu for the whole group)

“At liberty”:

The Villa staff does the shopping. Customers reimburse groceries at purchase price and only pay for meal preparation:

10 euros per meal and per person aged 12 and over

5 euros per meal and per child aged 4 to 12

This formula only applies for a minimum stay of 7 nights and for groups of minimum 8 people and maximum 20 people

Corkage fees:

If you buy the wines and spirits yourself or if you bring them from abroad, the villa charges corkage fees:

Wine: €8 / 75 cl bottle - Champagne and hard liquor: €12 / bottle - Beer: €1.5 / bottle or can

Deposit when booking: 30%

Balance: 70% one month before arrival

Payment method accepted for due dates: Visa - Mastercard - Carte Bleue - Bank transfer.

The total reservation amount does not include optional products or services ordered on site.

Extras

Cancellation conditions:

In the event of cancellation, the costs will be as follows:

- 60 days or more before the arrival date: 30% of the amount of the stay

- From 60 to 30 days before the arrival date: 50% of the amount of the stay

- From 30 to 15 days before the arrival date: 70% of the amount of the stay

- Less than 15 days before the arrival date and no show: 100% of the amount of the stay

Minimum stay: 3 nights in low season and 5 nights in high season

Rental price per night: From 1,330 euros (breakfast included)

A deposit of 1,500 euros is requested from the tenant upon entry into the premises in the form of cash or by credit card debit authorization. If no damage or unpaid debt is noted at the end of the stay, this sum or this authorization is immediately returned to the tenant before their departure.

If you need more than 7 rooms, we offer superb lodges adjoining the villa. A simple door separates the 2 areas!

Lodges with one, two or 3 bedrooms. They are all magnificently equipped and have a private bathroom per room, a living room and a terrace opening onto a private garden with trees of approximately 200m2.

55 m² for the 1 bedroom lodge
