Reservation conditions:

1st deposit of 50% of the total amount including VAT for the confirmation of the reservation

2nd deposit of 50% of the total amount of the reservation to be paid 30 days before arrival

In the case of a reservation less than 30 days before the date of arrival, the total amount of the reservation will be payable

On arrival, the client will deposit a security deposit of 2.000 euros in cash

At the end of the stay, the client will pay directly to the Villa for the expenses incurred during his stay.

Method of payment accepted for the deadlines: Bank transfer

Method of payment accepted on site during your stay: Visa - Mastercard - Cash

Conditions and fees for cancellation:

All requests for changes and cancellations must be sent by email to the agency

Cancellation conditions apply in reference to the local time of the house

The reservation deposit is never refunded in case of cancellation

Cancellation between 30 and 7 days before arrival: 50% of the total amount of the reservation is due

No show and/or late cancellation (less than 7 days before arrival): 100% of the total amount of the reservation is due

In case of No show: the totality of the stay remains due

This offer remains valid for 7 days from this day

We offer a shopping service.

The client pays for the shopping and we prepare and serve the food, of course.

We will give him shopping vouchers corresponding to his expenses.

Catering not included: breakfast, lunch, dinner
