Reservation of meals in advance in order to organize shopping and menus for your stay.

We offer the lunch formula at 30€/day/person, the dinner formula at 40€/day/person & half price for children under 12 years old, full board formula at 55€/day/person

The drink formula is 13€ / day / person in a soft drink

We do not sell alcohol. On the other hand, we put the client in contact with approved suppliers who can deliver to the villa.

Basic menu card that we can adapt according to the wishes of the customers with an estimate once the rental has been confirmed.

It is forbidden to smoke inside the house

The organization of events in this property is prohibited without the prior agreement of the KNA Luxury Real Estate agency

A deposit is required by the owner in the amount of 1500 euros - Pre-authorization on your credit card (amount not debited)

Booking conditions :

Deposit debited by KNA when booking: 40%

2nd deposit 45 days before arrival: 60% of the total amount of the reservation is due to KNA

Method of payment accepted for installments: Bank transfer

Method of payment accepted on site during your stay: Cash

Cancellation conditions and fees :

Any request for modification and cancellation must be sent by email to the Agency

The reservation deposit is never refunded in the event of cancellation.
