Cancellation less than 30 Days before arrival: 100% of the total amount of the reservation is due
No show = 100% of the total amount of the reservation is due

Rental price per night in bed only:
Low season (minimum 3 nights stay): 875 euros - From January 6 to February 9 / June 29 to August 31 / November 3 to December 21
Medium season (minimum 5 nights stay): 1071 euros - From February 9 to April 6 / May 5 to June 29 / August 31 to November 3
